Tyrese Admits To Wearing $23 Diamond Bracelet From Amazon

Tyrese is the latest guest on Power 105’s The Breakfast Club. The actor and singer stopped by on Tuesday (August 20) for a conversation about mental health, new music and more.

Although Tyrese is obviously loaded, he no longer has plans to spend that money on real jewelry. During the episode, the actor even admitted to wearing a $23 diamond bracelet from Amazon.

It all started after co-host Charlamagne Tha God, asked if his earrings were real, to which Tyrese replied with a simple, “No.” He continued, “You know why it’s not real? Because I’ve lost so much of this shit. I done spent half a million dollars on a fucking watch.”

“Call Jacob The Jeweler, n-gga. Call all of them. All the most famous, popular jewelers online, they all got my black Centurion [American Express card]. That thing goes through. I’m good.”

“I don’t lose no sleep over trying to win the popularity contest showing up with all this jewelry that I’ma leave on the nightstand and have a housekeeper that says, ‘I don’t know!’ I’m sure you don’t know where them fucking $250k earrings is at!”

Speaking on the jewelry on his wrist, Tyrese said, “None of these jewelry on my hand is real. Don’t love me because of no f*cking diamonds. This bracelet right here looks real as mf.. but this sh*t is $23 on Amazon.

He continued, “If you’re out here getting fake vag*na over your fake jewelry.. reality is reality.”

Elsewhere on the podcast episode, the 45-year-old singer and actor broke down as he opened up about managing grief. “Black men cry. When a divorce happens, women aren’t the only ones devastated. When a miscarriage happens, women aren’t the only ones you should be checking on,” he said.

“When you can’t put food on the table because your career goes up and then it goes down, stop skipping over the man and just checking on the woman,” he added.
