Tory Lanez Stabbed In Prison

Tory Lanez has reportedly being rushed to the hospital and is currently receiving treatment after he was stabbed in prison.

The “Who Needs Love” crooner was stabbed by another inmate on Monday, May 12, during an altercation in the yard of the California Correctional Institution at Tehachapi.

According to TMZ, a source said that the 32-year-old Canadian rapper was taken to a hospital in an ambulance following the stabbing, which is said to be non-life-threatening.

Lanez whose real name is Daystar Shemuel Shua Peterson, is serving a 10-year sentence at the California state prison for the 2020 shooting of Megan Thee Stallion.

The rappers are still battling each other in court as she’s accusing him of enlisting various bloggers to continue publicly smearing and cyberstalking her.

While testifying in court earlier this year, Megan Thee Stallion expressed her deep fear that rapper Tory Lanez may attempt to harm her again after his release from prison.

“I just feel like I have to relive it every day,” the Houston rapper said during her testimony. “The person who shot me won’t let me forget it. I’m scared that when he gets out of jail he’s going to still be upset with me … I feel like maybe he’ll shoot me again and maybe this time I won’t make it.”

At the time, Judge Richard Bloom ruled that Lanez must avoid all contact with Megan, including indirect communication, for the next five years.

She also described the ongoing emotional toll of Lanez’s actions, stating, “I’m just tired of being harassed.”
