Savannah Chrisley Says She Is Looking Into Tory Lanez’s Case
More people keep showing interest in the Tory Lanez case, with many celebrities showing support for the Canadian rapper. Savannah Chrisley is the latest to show interest in this case and she’s promised to look into it. For context, Savannah Chrisley recently helped her parents, Todd and Julie Chrisley, get pardoned by President Trump.
The reality TV stars served time for tax evasion and bank fraud. Although they maintained their innocence, the couple were found guilty of tax evasion and fraud in 2022. Todd was sentenced to 12 years in prison while his wife was handed a seven-year sentence.
After playing a big role in the presidential pardon granted to her parents, the 27-year-old influencer is now looking to review Tory Lanez’s case. In 2020, the “Daystar” rapper was sentenced to 10 years after being convicted of shooting Megan Thee Stallion and found guilty of assault with a firearm, discharge of a firearm with gross negligence, and having a concealed firearm in the vehicle.

“All right, y’all. I just got off the phone with Tory Lanez’s father and would love to know your insight on whether you think he is guilty or not,” she said on live. “I am obviously beginning to educate myself on this case, and I see a lot of inconsistencies that really call me to a question.”
“Did he in fact shoot Megan Thee Stallion or did he not?” she asked. “Like I said, I’m educating myself on this case and would love to know your thoughts. So, did you or did he not shoot her?” Do you believe as a first-time offender, even if he did, that this is worth 10 years in prison? Would love to know.”

Given the fact that this is a very sensitive case, her interest to look into the case has been met with mixed reactions. In a follow video, Savannah says she’s going to review all the case files and evidences.
“Now I’m going to preface this by saying I am going to review all the case files and evidence that was put forth. But I want to know, do you believe that Tory Lane shot Megan Thee Stallion? Do you or do you not? I find things to be very interesting that I have begun reviewing, and I really don’t know if you did.”
She then said that there are some corruptions going on. “I also do believe in my heart, after I have reviewed certain things, that there was some corruption to go on in this case.”
Savannah then went ahead to read a few things off to viewers and analyzed them one after the other, pointing out the inconsistencies.
“Megan told police, and I will preface this by saying these are things that have allegedly been said. Uh, because Lord knows, I don’t need Megan Thee Stallion coming after me. But Megan allegedly told police and doctors that she stepped on glass, not that she was shot,” she said.
“Video and officers confirmed Megan stepped on a glass bottle, not hit by gunfire. Sean Kelly testified two women fought in the street, one fired first. Tory was still in the car. Kelsey testified. Kelsey tested positive for gunshot residue. Her DNA was never tested against the gun. Kelsey received free rent for a year after the shooting. Who paid for it and why?” she queried.

“Megan claimed she spoke out in response to Tory, but the timeline proves that she went public first. Tory’s DNA was not found on the magazine, only 0.01% on the gun. Statistically irrelevant. Zero point zero one percent of his DNA was found on the gun.”
According to Savannah, “this truly is statistically irrelevant if you shoot someone. More DNA is on the gun. 90% of the DNA on the gun belonged to an unknown male, not Tory.”
She then added that “Tori has repeatedly said, ‘I would never do anything like this.’ No fragments on the X-ray, no nerve damage, fractures, or joint trauma in Megan’s medical records. Bullet fragments were lost and never presented at trial.”
“Prosecutors misused Tori’s rap lyrics, tattoos, and uncharged allegations to sway the jury. Kelsey’s story changed multiple times, and she admitted to lying under pressure. Megan’s own timeline injuries don’t match the story of a shooting. So the bottom line is that facts don’t add up. The case against Tory Lanez was built on shifting stories, missing evidence, and lies.”
The influencer then closed things up by saying, “So I’m going to continue digging into this case more, and I have told Tory Lanez’s father that I would head out to California and actually visit him in prison and get to know him a little bit better, hear his story, and hear from his mouth what actually happened.”
