Las Vegas Store Clerk Arrested For Attempted Murder After He Allegedly Beat A Customer Over The Head With Bat For Taking Too Much Nacho Cheese
A Las Vegas ARCO Store clerk named Myron Bullie, was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon and attempted murder after he hit a customer over the head with a bat for taking too much nacho cheese.
According to KSNV, the 47-year-old store clerk was trying to close his store when he got a customer wanting nachos.
On September 3rd, authorities received a call regarding a man severely bleeding at an ARCO gas station. Upon their arrival at the scene they found the victim laying on the ground with his face covered in blood.

After questioning the clerk, he alleged he was upset because the victim took too much cheese from the nacho machine, so he asked the victim to leave. The victim allegedly left but returned moments later and said he wouldn’t leave without nachos.
Bullie was then prompted to push him out of the store and hit him with a hat over the head. According to Bullie the victim “was talking s***”
Bullie claims he struck the victim once in the head, but authorities reviewed surveillance footage and saw him strike the victim multiple times in the head. The victim was hospitalized and suffered from two different brain bleeds, multiple skull fractures and multiple facial bone fractures.
Bullie was arrested and held at Clark County Detention Center on $10,000 bail.
