Wack 100 Accidentally Reveals Irv Gotti Had A Stroke
Irv Gotti Reportedly Had A Stroke
Irv Gotti, real name Irving Domingo Lorenzo Jr., reportedly suffered a stroke, according to Wack 100. The talent manager broke the news during a podcast episode yesterday.
Wack claims to have spoken with a man at a stroke recovery center who informed him that the Murder Inc. co-founder allegedly had a stroke.
“Yeah they [didn’t] mention it. Irv Gotti had a stroke, and I’m gonna let you know what he looks like,” he explained before releasing an image showing Irv walking with a cane, which Wack called a “walker.”

The podcaster claims that the image was taken outside of a stroke recovery center in Los Angeles. “He lost a lot of weight. People sent me all this sh**. This came from the worker at the rehabilitation center. Pray for Irv Gotti,” Wack added.
The legendary hip hop mogul and producer has battled with diabetes for many years. Irv explained his struggles last year on an episode of The Drink Champs where he told Nore, “Diabetes starts deteriorating your body.”
Nore asked if Irv was okay, and the legendary producer said “no.” He then added that he doesn’t always take insulin, unless his blood sugar gets out of whack. Gotti’s doctors asked that he change his diet, but the hip hop legend admitted that he hasn’t been doing it successfully.
The 54-year-old claims that while he wants to beat diabetes, he also wants to “live” by eating unhealthy foods.
Last month, Irv was sued for sexual assault and rape by a woman who claims she was in a relationship with the mogul from 2020 to 2022. An anonymous Jane Doe accuser claims that Gotti raped her on numerous occasions in Atlanta, Miami and the Caribbean island of Saint Martin.
