Todd Chrisley is back outside after being pardoned by Donald Trump. The reality star and his wife Julie Chrisley were convicted in 2022 of a multitude of financial crimes including bank fraud and tax evasion.

The couple were released from prison May 28 following a presidential pardon. They went to their home in Nashville, according to the family’s attorneys.

Hours after being released, Todd was spotted out all smiles. The reality star can be seen making fun of the situation in multiple TikTok videos making rounds on social media.

“Can y’all believe the audacity, treating me like a common criminal,” he joked after being recorded while in the car. In another clip, he was spotted hiding from the paparazzi while shopping in at Nordstrom 12.

“It’s been hell of a day, but I’m back.. I’m so happy to be home. I’m going to start my skin care routine tomorrow. I’m going to get my b*tch back,” he said in another clip before thanking everyone sending him stuff.

The 56-year-old had been incarcerated at FPC Pensacola, a minimum security prison camp in Florida, while Julie Chrisley was incarcerated at FMC Lexington, a federal prison in Kentucky for people who require medical or mental health care.

According to prosecutors, the couple defrauded community banks out of more than $36 million in fraudulent loans to fund their opulent lifestyle. They were found to have personally received millions in proceeds between the two of them, court records show.

Todd and Julie were indicted in a federal court in Georgia in August 2019, during Trump’s first term in office. In November 2022, they were sentenced to 7 and 12 years in prison, respectively, and began serving their sentences in January 2023.

Their attorney Alex Little, said the pardon “corrects a deep injustice” and argued the couple was targeted for their politics, per the Tennessean.
