Rick Ross & His Bodyguards Jumped By Drake’s OVO Goons For Playing ‘Not Like Us’ In Canada

Rick Ross and Drake used to be one of rap’s best duo when it comes to collaboration. It’s sad to see their beef turn into chaos. From making hits together to physical altercations, the two might not be moving past this anytime soon.

According to reports reaching us, Rick Ross and his team were jumped by Drake’s OVO goons for playing Kendrick Lamar’s diss track “Not Like Us” in Canada.

The incident reportedly happened at Ignite Music Festival, a huge multi-artist event in Vancouver, Canada. The Maybach Music boss was booked to play a high profile slot, and at the end of his set, Rozay attempted to play a version of Kendrick Lamar’s ‘Not Like Us’.

The diss track was a massive blow to Drake during his heated beef with K Dot’s beef, and has become one of the year’s biggest singles, as well as a festival anthem.

Following Rick Ross’ attempt to play the diss track, OVO Sound or OVO goons as many on social media are calling them, moved to shut it down. The controversial part is that Drake ‘liked’ a post about the incident on social media.

The incident quickly escalated, resulting in a physical confrontation between the Miami rapper, his team and Drake’s men. At a point during the incident, Rick Ross was punched in the face. “Not Like Us is playing “turn that sh*t off, wanna bang out?” someone said.

DJ Akademiks posted clips from the incident online and it’s since been garnering lots of reactions from fans. “I guess Canada not having any trolling wit no mans playing “Not Like Us” in their country,” AK wrote in the caption. “Pray for peace y’all. Ross and Drake use to make slaps. Sad it got to this part.”

Ross also played a big role in Drake’s slander during the beef couple months back. He started the “BBL Drizzy” trend and even made a diss track aimed at the Canadian superstar.
