Florida Woman Accused Of Killing Her Boyfriend’s 9-Year-Old Daughter By Having Their Rottweiler Attack Her
A 34-year-old Florida woman, Tyshael Elise Martin, has been charged with child neglect, aggravated child abuse and first-degree murder after her boyfriend’s 9 year old daughter was found dead in her care.
According to local the Lake county sheriffs office, the Montverdant woman ordered her 103 pound Rottweiler to attack 9 year old Jamaria.
On June 17, the 9-year-old girl was found unresponsive at the home she shared with Martin, her father and siblings. Jamaria had multiple abrasions, bruises, burns, and possible bite marks, according to paramedics.

Jamaria’s injuries were consistent with physical abuse per medical examiners, and this prompted the police to obtain a search warrant. According to local authorities, the home had security cameras and Martin can be seen abusing Jamaria in the obtained footage.
On June 15, couple days before Jamaria was found, videos allegedly show Martin hitting and kicking the young girl’s lifeless body and yelling out “I’m fixin’ to kill her”. Martin also ordered their 103-pound Rottweiler to viciously attack her.
According to the police, Jamaria suffered extensive abuse throughout her time living with her father and his girlfriend. Making her do everything from running in place with her hands held up, hitting her with objects and punching and kicking her.
The news has since gone viral on social media, garnering reactions from netizens. “Get these jealous women away from yall children,” someone commented. “The first time your partner seems like they don’t like ur child or is aggressive with your child LEAVE smfh,” another person wrote.
Martin is currently being held on no bond. Our prayers are with Jamarias family.
