Erica Mena Goes Off On Safaree For Not Dressing & Grooming Their Kids Properly
Erica Mena didn’t hold back in her recent rant against her ex husband Safaree Samuels. The “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” star blasted the rapper for his poor parenting skills, and also accused Samuels of hardly seeing their kids despite living “30 minutes away.”
Erica called him out for failing to properly groom and dress their kids when they’re in his care, sharing pics of their son Legend’s fuzzy braids and Safire’s messy ponytail to back her claims.
“You already go months at a time in not seeing these babies by choice, you went two months this last go round,” she began on her IG Story. “You finally pop out at Legend’s bday — empty-handed and NEVER offering to pay half for anything like always. You came for your quick once every few months photo opportunity with them and bounced.”
According to Mena, her ex spent time with the kids on Saturday and that Legend’s braids needed to be taken out, but the kids’ paternal grandmother and auntie were visiting, and she assumed they’d take care of her son’s hair.
However, it wasn’t taken care of despite the kids spending time in a chlorinated pool. “Sis @safaree you have no problem making sure you a bad b***h all the time. Why can’t my babies be dressed and groomed properly like you do for you when you have them?”
She continued, “A part of being a bad b***h is really taking care of your kids so this is where I draw the line…not grooming and properly dressing your kids every time you have them it’s honestly despicable.”
This is coming hours after she revealed she’s embarrassed she has kids with the rapper, following his appearance on We In Miami podcast, where he opened up on his past relationship with Nicki Minaj.
While on the podcast, Safaree said his darkest times were after breakup with Nicki Minaj, because fans made his life horrible. “Nobody wanted to be next to me, work with me, none of that,” the rapper turned reality star said.
Reacting to the interview, Erica wrote: “I will FOREVER be embarrassed I gave sis these incredible beautiful babies. He don’t even talk or care about his seeds this much online or in real life.”
