Kendrick Lamar referred to Drake as a “69 God” on “Not Like Us” during their heated beef. The line has since sparked debate amongst fans, on whether it is an insult or there’s an underlying meaning to it.

Most recently, Keke Palmer was confused as to why being a “69 God” is wrong. She shared a video on TikTok asking why the term is a bad thing.

“I’m really curious of what’s so bad about being a 69 god. What I’m saying is, as far as I know, 69 is something that makes you reciprocal, so if you’re a 69 god, you know, what’s so bad about that?” the actress and singer said.

In the caption, Keke wrote, “It seems that the “69 god” person would be in the business of pleasing, what am I missing here? lol inquiring minds must know.”

Well, it appears Drake himself is embracing the new tag. The Canadian superstar recently went bowling and the player name showing on the scorecard is “69 God.”

The short clip showing Drizzy’s player name is now making rounds online, garnering reactions from fans. “Bro thinks he can troll his way into getting people to like him again. We don’t care,” someone commented. “We’re not laughing with him we’re laughing at him,” another person wrote.

“Drake having fun alone is the best time to clear his head and create something special. Drake will always be one of my favourite rapper. “he’s Like Us,” someone else argued.

During an interview with The Times, Camila Cabello defended Drake amid the public slander that he’s been getting in the past few months. “He is such a delight,” she said about her collaborator.

“It’s so frustrating to see people talk about someone you know in a way that is negative. You’re like, ‘Dang, if only you guys could just have dinner or something,’” the singer added.
