Drake Gets Booed During Surprise Appearance At Limp Bizkit Concert In Toronto

Never thought there will be a time when Toronto crowd would actually turn on Drake. The rapper recently made a surprise appearance at Limp Bizkit concert in Toronto on Thursday night (July 25).

Unfortunately, Drizzy has a new ‘L’ in his collection, and it’s his own people turning on him. When Fred Durst shouted him out, the crowd reaction was no where enthusiastic.

“Did you know Drake’s here tonight?” the frontman Fred Durst, said as concertgoers booed, though the rapper was not visible. “I thought Drake was your homie? What? No? Drake’s my homie,” he said, also surprised by the cold reactions from the Budweiser Stage audience.

The crowd’s boos continued to get louder as Durst went on, before he dedicated the next track in the band’s set to Drizzy. “F–k you,” one fan can be heard saying in a clip which has since gone viral on social media.

The rocker tried to make the scene less cringy and embarrassing for the ‘6 God’, saying: “Since Drake’s here — he’s over here on the side — we’re gonna do this one for him. It’s dedicated to you.”

Folks online have since been reacting to the embarrassing clip. “Damn booed in your own city is nasty work,” someone commented. “They not like us tore Drake up,” another person wrote.

This surprising situation is coming after Drake and Kendrick Lamar’s infamous beef, where the Toronto star took the ‘L’. Couple days back, Drizzy’s producer Gordo, decided to play down the situation by saying Drake is happy as sh*t following the feud.

“Ever since all this has happened… I’ve seen him happier. It’s really weird. He’s pretty jolly,” the producer told People. “The internet makes it seem like, ‘Oh, that photo, he’s all sad and s—.’ That’s just a bad photo from a bad camera.”
