DJ Akademiks Believes Drake’s ‘4PM In Calabasas’ Is A Diddy Diss After Cassie Testified That Diddy Assaulted Her For Attending OVO Fest

While cameras are not allowed in the courtroom, Sean Diddy Comb’s criminal trial is being updated every moment for the world. Cassie took the stand on the second day of the trial and name dropped Drake in her testimony.

She detailed some of the more disturbing moments of their on-again, off-again relationship. Cassie accuses Diddy of physically assaulting her after she told him she’d be attending Drake’s OVO Fest in Toronto.

She made the revelation after Assistant United States Attorney, Emily Johnson, asked her about the incident. Emily asked where she was going when the alleged attack took place.

“To a music festival in Canada run by Drake. Sean came to my home & tried to attack me. I was thrown into the bed frame,” the songstress alleged before confirming that her eye was injured as a result of the alleged attack, and that D-Roc took her to the doctor.

Reacting to these claims, DJ Akademiks speculated that Drake tried to get with Cassie at OVO Fest, as seen in a clip shared by a fan account on X. The controversial blogger claims this allegedly resulted in Drizzy’s rumored nightclub fight with Diddy during Basel week in 2014.

Akademiks even dissected the lyrics of Drake’s song “4PM In Calabasas,” theorizing that it’s an Diddy diss track.

Fans have since been reacting to the theory. “Even when it comes to Drake, akademiks doesn’t listen to lyrics in the songs. We’ve known this since the song dropped,” someone commented on X, formerly known as Twitter.
