Man Sues Diddy For Allegedly Sexually Assaulting Him At An Audition When He Was 10 Years Old

Sean “Diddy” Combs has been unable to catch a break from these unending lawsuits! Just in, a new lawsuit has emerged against the disgraced rapper and business mogul, and it’s quite shocking.

The latest lawsuit features allegation from a man who claims he was only 10-years-old when the ‘Bad Boy’ honcho coerced him into performing a sexual act.

According to court documents, the plaintiff, referred to as John Doe, claims that in the summer of 2005, he traveled to New York City with his parents for an audition with Diddy. He claims it was during this audition that Puff allegedly sexually assaulted him.

Following a successful performance, the disgraced rapper allegedly expressed interest in making the boy a star but subsequently asked to meet him privately, per Variety.

They reportedly met at a hotel near Madison Square Garden, and the accuser claims he was offered a soda, which he suspects was spiked with drugs like GHB or ecstasy. Diddy then allegedly told him that achieving stardom sometimes requires doing “stuff you don’t want to do.”

The situation escalated when the now arrested businessman allegedly exposed himself and forced the young boy to perform oral sex, after which the plaintiff claims he lost consciousness.

This lawsuit filed by attorney Tony Buzbee, is the latest addition to the hundreds of lawsuits against Diddy, bringing another serious and disturbing allegation against him.

Earlier this month, a civil lawsuit alleged that bottles seized from Diddy’s LA and Miami homes allegedly contained GHB. GHB (Gamma hydroxybutyrate) known as the “date rape drug”.
