Diddy Files Motion To Dismiss Lil Rod’s Lawsuit, Claims It’s A Cash Grab Disguised As A Sex Trafficking And RICO Conspiracy

Diddy has been embroiled in controversy for a long time now and things went really bad for him when producer Lil Rod, filed a lawsuit making scathing allegations against the rapper and business mogul.

Lil Rod’s lawsuit accused him of sex trafficking, using police to help him cover up a shooting, having his lil girlfriend transport pink c*caine and more!

Well,  according to new reports reaching us, it looks like Diddy is firing back at his old producer’s claims and wants the lawsuit dismissed. Diddy’s attorney, Marc Agnifilo, “filed a motion to dismiss Lil Rod’s second amended complaint in Manhattan Federal Court Monday.”

The disgraced rapper believes Lil Rod is trying to secure a quick settlement by throwing out the wildest accusations that he can think of, according to TMZ.

Puff says the producer whose real name is Rodney Jones Jr. hasn’t provided any proof of sex trafficking or that he was a victim of it. Diddy also says Jones didn’t provide proof that he was sexually harassed by Diddy.

It’s however noteworthy that Cassie made similar claims about Diddy, so we can’t say Lil Rod’s accusations are far fetched. Regardless, we’ll have to wait for this to play out legally to see what the truth is.

Last month, a close source to Kim Porter gave Radar Online access to a flash drive they say belonged to the late actress. The drive reportedly contained a 40-page document that had some unsurprising claims about Puff.

Kim revealed in the alleged document that Diddy beat her so bad with a chair that she had to be hospitalized, all because he was upset that someone had sent her flowers. She was surprised because she thought they were from him, per the document.
