DDG Faces Backlash For Giving His Son A Lineup At 6 Months Old
DDG Gives His Son Halo, His First Hairline At 6 Months Old

DDG is currently facing backlash after sharing a video of his son getting his first hairline at just 6 months old. Folks online are dragging the rapper and YouTuber for risking the boy going bald at an early ages

In the viral video, the rapper is seen brushing baby halo’s hairline as he prepares for getting a lineup. A barber then gave the toddler a his first lineup.

The clip is now making rounds online, garnering mixed reactions folks online. “Dude is trying to leave him bald by age 13,” someone commented. “Ain’t you supposed to wait till 1 cuz dat soft spot,” another person wrote.

Notwithstanding, some fans have come to the YouTuber’s defense. “Yall know zero about boys hair. This ain’t hurt nothing he gave him some love taps not even on his natural hairline,” a fan penned.

“It would be different if he gave him a haircut. Which this wasn’t but yall overreact to everything.” “You can tell he is enjoying fatherhood and this is no different than getting baby girls ears pierced at 6 months. It’s what we do to groom and enhance their beautiful features,” another person wrote.

“This is the texture of hair we’ve been conditioned to hate but looking at it in hindsight I wish we were taught to simplv groom it and embrace it more. I love that he only shaped his hair around his little face and kept the rest natural Cool dads rock,” they added.

DDG and his partner Halle Bailey, kept their baby’s face from the internet since they welcomed him last years. The couple recently unveiled baby Halo’s face in an adorable family photos they both shared on their  pages.

The pictures were taken while in Italy for Dolce & Gabbana’s Alta Moda events. “Halo’s first time in Italy,” the singer and actress wrote in the caption.
