Columbus Short Explains The Difference Between Being With A Black Woman & Other Races

Columbus Short is currently facing backlash following his description of dating a Black woman in a recent interview. According to the actor, Black women are not ‘trained’ to cater to men like other races.

“I just wanna know like.. what’s the difference between being with Black women and being with women from other races?” the interviewer asked.

The ‘Scandal’ star then began by mimicking Black women. “‘N*gga what you talking about.. unless you giving me this, doing this doing that,’ there’s no respect of the Black man by a Black woman. Black women do not be mad at me,” he replied.

“You don’t even know how to cook,” he continued. “I’m not saying that’s all Black women.” He then claimed women from other races are culturally taught to hold down. “It’s more than subservient,” the father of 4 said.

Columbus explained that although these women from other races know how to cuss a man out thoroughly, but as soon as they are cussing him out, they’re still making dinner, washing his clothes and cleaning the house.

“That’s just what you’re trained to do,” he said before attacking Black women. “How you wanna ride in a Bugatti, how you wanna go on a yacht, but you don’t know how to wash your own clothes, you don’t know how to vacuum.”

He then began mimicking Black women’s ranting pattern when being criticized. “You know it’s a different energy. It’s not like maybe okay, ‘thank you for your constructive criticism, we can get it better.’”

The 41-year-old is currently getting dragged across social media by mostly Black women who are furious with his ill description of them. Watch the controversial interview below:
