Chrisean Rock’s Friend Smiley, Says Junior Is Safe With Her & Has Not Been Taken By CPS

About a week ago, rumors spread that Chrisean Rock’s baby, Chrisean Jr., has been taken into CPS custody due to both parents being arrested. Her friend, Smiley, is now shutting down this claims.

Earlier this month, Chrisean Rock was sentenced to jail for assaulting Tamar Braxton’s backup singer, James Wright.

She was sentenced to 12 months probation and 30 days in jail for punching James in the face with her rings on, chipping his tooth and injuring his nose. On the other hand, Junior’s father, Blueface, was taken into custody for violating the terms of his probation from a 2021 alleged club bouncer attack in Los Angeles.

According to Smiley, Junior is safe with her and has not been taken by the CPS amid false claims by content creators.

“Junior is not with CPS trust me.. and he is very well, I promise you that. I’m not putting him on the camera,” Smiley said on live. “I’m tired of everybody being negative around him, everybody thinking he’s in CPS, he’s not.. Damn! He’s with me.”

“We’re good, we got him. He’s not in CPS,” she said before Junior supposedly made a baby cry in the background.

Rumor of Chrisean Jr., being in CPS custody originated from Kandice Kelly News, a TikTok gossip outlet.

She claimed there was a CPS hearing, a custody case for child protective services to determine who will have custody of the child, in the absence of both parents who are currently in jail.

She continued that the baby will now get good medical check amid rumors that he has fetal alcohol syndrome, adding that it’s likely that Rock could lose custody of the baby if it’s determined that she’s not been giving him proper care.
