Some weeks back, Busta Rhymes made headlines with his drastic weight loss. His fascinating new look had him trending across social media at the time. However, he appears to have regained all the weight back.

Back in May, the 52-year-old shared some pics from the sideline of the New York Knicks home playoff game against the Indiana Pacers.

The New York rapper looked incredibly slim in the pics and received praises from fans for his incredible weight shed. “I’M IN MY NY SH*T, I REP THE GIANTS, JETS, NY KNICKS!!!” he wrote in the caption at the time.

Well, weeks apart and the rapper now looks a lot different. He seems to have regained all the weight he previously shed. A user on X, formerly Twitter, shared a side-by-side comparison of the “Look At Me Now” rapper just 20 days apart.

On the left side, a slimmer Busta is seen wearing a white polo, while the right side shows the rapper wearing a baby blue turtleneck sweater with a noticeable gut.

“These two photos of Busta Rhymes are 20 days apart. Ozempic: 0 Oxtail: 1,” the X user wrote in the caption. The tweet has since gone viral, garnering over 4.5 million impressions, 40 thousand likes and over 3 thousand retweets.

Busta previously discussed his weight loss journey During an interview with ‘Men’s Health’ back in 2023, Busta discussed his weight loss journey, explaining at the time that he suffered a health scare after getting intimate with his ex-wife.

“That was scaring me so much that it was a mindf*ck, because I had to stay calm and make sure she didn’t hear me panic or hear me struggle to breathe. I’m b*tt-a** n*ked in the living room, trying to calm myself down. She was like, ‘Yo, this is not who I fell in love with,’” he revealed.

“She didn’t know what had happened outside, but she was looking at my body and the weight, she was like, ‘You gotta lose this weight. This breathing is scaring me. When I met you, you wasn’t like a musclehead, but you, you was slim, you was cut, you had your sh*t right. I need you to get back to who I fell in love with,’” he added.
