Adorable Photos From Akbar V’s Baby Shower

“Love & Hip-Hop” alum, Akbar V, had her baby shower yesterday and she made sure to update fans with lovely photos and clips from the ceremony.

The rapper and reality star shared adorable pictures from the ceremony including one with her 5 kids. “This is my family business,” she wrote in the caption, adding that that’s all her kids except for the one that’s underway.

In another carousel, she wrote: “Thanks to everybody who came to support me on my special Day God i tell you i thank you for Grace and mercy … choosing me to carry such a beautiful soul.”

Last month, Akbar opened up about going through her pregnancy alone despite being married. She shared an image of her ultrasound in an emotional Instagram post, where she talked up about her hurdles.

“I been in my marriage and in my pregnancy by myself and I’m ok with that…I just have out grew so much and so many people even you…no shade I’m over it,” she wrote.

The 35-year-old made it clear that she is resolute in her faith and strength, saying: “I don’t got long… And I won’t forget nothing that was said and done to me.”

According to Baller Alert, she added that her love for her children has been a source of solace and with a new baby on the way. The Atlanta native is looking forward to new beginnings.

“Only thing keeps me smiling when I look at u and the rest of your siblings I love my kids so much,” Akbar expressed.

The rapper then reflected on her journey to motherhood, stating, “I thank God for another chance… I had this baby out of marriage so regardless of what happens when I give birth just know I was under God’s law when I had him.”
