She claims that in 2020, a little over a year after he left the Blue Devils to join the New Orleans Pelicans, Williamson raped and assaulted her in Southern California. The alleged incident took place on Sept. 23, 2020 after the woman had gone to his Beverly Hills home.

“We and our client do not want to litigate this case in the press,” the statement from the Lanier Law Firm’s Sam Taylor began, per Daily Mail. “However, I will say this is a very serious case as reflected in the Complaint filed in Los Angeles County. Our client looks forward to her day in court before a jury of her peers to obtain justice in this matter.”
According to the suit, the accuser says she told the New Orleans Pelicans power forward she was tired and wanted to go to sleep, but he called her “stuck up” and a “b*tch,” and told her “she could not go to sleep without having s*x with him.”
She claims he often kicked her with his feet and beat her with his hands. The woman also claims he would force her to leave her apartment and “intentionally imprison her” in a car until he transported her to a different location.
The plaintiff also recounted a situation where he tried to stop her from escaping the vehicle, and hit her in the head with the door in the process, which caused her to lose consciousness.
She revealed in the suit that “when many of the wrongful acts were committed,” the 24-year-old baller “was either drunk or on cocaine.”
