Sexyy Red recently made headlines after she was booked at a High School. Unfortunately, the St. Louis rapper got kicked out for smelling like weed.

Notwithstanding, the buzzing rapper ended up getting turnt up with the students. Sexyy Red took to live to complain about being kicked out of the school for smelling like weed.

A few moment after, the ‘Pound Town’ rapper was seen on her bus getting turnt up with the students. In the video which made rounds online, Red and the students can be seen all hyped up as they rap along to her hit song “Get it Sexyy”.

The video caused a bit of debate online with mixed reactions from netizens. “Why was she even booked at a SCHOOL?” a user asked.

“This is what they want for the black community BOOK A DOCTOR, LAWYER, SCIENTIST, SOMEONE WHO IS A BETTER INFLUENCE FOR KIDS… THIS IS SCARY BRO,” someone else penned.

Sexyy Red, real name Janae Nierah Wherry, became mainstream following the release of her 2023 single “Pound Town” featuring Tay Keith. The song was widely accepted and it spawned the remixed sequel “Pound Town 2” featuring Nicki Minaj, which became her first entry on the Billboard Hot 100.

The rapper followed it up with another single, “SkeeYee” which was also met with similar success and both songs made it to her second mixtape, ‘Hood Hottest Princess’ which was released in 2023. She dropped “Get It Sexyy” in 2024 and it peaked within the top 20 of the chart.
