Lil Wayne Disses Drake On New Cordae Collab ‘Saturday Mornings’

Lil Wayne and Cordae recently dropped what’s arguably one of the hardest collaboration in this year so far. The rap icon once again declared himself the greatest rapper of all time on the new song titled ‘Saturday Mornings.’

While dissecting Wayne’s lyrics, fans are convinced he dissed his prodigy, Drake, on the track. While some think it’s a reach, others believe it’s a clear shot at the Toronto superstar.

“I need more real love and less fake laughs / I wear this mean mug like a face mask / She give me real love with that fake a** / It fit me like a glove, OJ hands / I’ma need a little love from your hatin’ ass / Real love, real love, Mary J. playin’ Need less yes-men and more amens / I’ma need more real prayers and less praying hands,” the 41-year-old raps on the track.

“You standing on business, I’m a businessman I’m a goat, nigga, you a sacrificial lamb You a teddy bear, nigga, you a Teddy Graham,” the rap legend continues.

Now, fans are linking praying hands line to Drake’s ‘6 God’ cover art, which has praying hands, and the glove line to Kendrick’s cover art of Drake’s diss track ‘Meet The Grahams’.

And the Graham line seems more like a clear reference to Drake’s real name, Aubrey Graham, which makes fans believe he was actually dissing his mentee on the track.

Some are claiming that Wayne is finally responding to Drake’s shady behavior around him, including having an affair with his girlfriend while he was in prison, which was mentioned on Kendrick’s ‘Not Like Us’. Hence, why he was asking for real love on the track.

“Fucked on Wayne’s girl while he was in jail, that’s conniving / Then get his face tatted like a bitch, apologizing,” Lamar raps on ‘Not Like Us’. What do you think?
