Former Employee Accuses Diddy Of Grabbing Her Face & Running A Toxic Work Environment

Diddy can’t seem to catch a break from his legal woes. Not long after we reported on Yung Miami throwing him under the bus, the disgraced rapper has been accused of running a toxic work environment by former Sean Jean & Blue Flame employees.

Former Sean John and Blue Flame employees of Diddy are now accusing him of being ‘erratic’ claiming that he grabbed, berated, and threatened them!

According to The Daily Mail, former Sean John and Blue Flame employees recount instances of the ‘Bad Boy’ honcho and business mogul’s erratic behavior in a series of interviews done anonymously.

One female former employee recounted an altercation she had with Puff where he grabbed her face during a disagreement.

“He puts one hand on both sides of my cheeks and says, ‘Stick out your tongue,’ and then he squeezes my face harder and yells at me,” she said, adding that the incident made her feel shocked and uncomfortable. She also claims this made her immediately seek other employment options.

Diddy allegedly displayed aggressive behavior multiple times, according to the former employees. They claim it created a ‘culture of fear’ in the workplace.

They added that incidents would typically happen when Sean Combs felt challenged and likened the environment to television show ‘Game Of Thrones’, constantly feeling on edge due to his unpredictable behavior.

Amid all the negative things being said about Diddy by his former employees and artists, Kalenna Harper said something positive about him and defended him against others suffering from what she called ‘disgruntled employee syndrome’.
