Earlier this week, we reported that Chrisean Rock has been sentenced to jail for assaulting Tamar Braxton’s backup singer, James Wright.

The rapper and reality star was sentenced to 12 months probation and 30 days in jail for punching James in the face with her rings on, chipping his tooth and injuring his nose.

However, according to new reports reaching us, Rock’s baby, Chrisean Jr., has now been taken into CPS custody due to both parent being arrested.

According to Kandice Kelly News, there was a CPS hearing, a custody case for child protective services to determine who will have custody of Chrisean Junior, in the absence of both parents who are currently in jail.

Kandice shared that the baby will now get good medical check amid rumors that he has fetal alcohol syndrome. It’s also likely that Rock could lose custody of the baby if it’s determined that she’s not been giving him proper care.

The TikToker added that no one seem to be interested in taking custody of the baby. It’s been long rumored that the baby neither blinks nor respond to activities around him, which made some people suggested that the baby might even be blind.

The baby’s alleged health condition is said to be as a result of Chrisean’s alcohol intake and drug use while she was pregnant. If CPS finds out that the child has medical concerns that have not been addressed or that needs to be addressed, his mother might be termed irresponsible and could lose custody of the baby.

Right now, Junior is reportedly in foster care and not with any family members, although some of his mother’s family members are saying he’s not in protective custody. He may as well be going to another family that might be able to meet his needs.

While Rock will be serving at least 30 days in prison, she’s also facing drug charges in Oklahoma and there are reports that they’ll pick her up as soon as she’s released.

Jr.’s father, Blueface, appeared in court back in January and was taken into custody for violating the terms of his probation from a 2021 alleged club bouncer attack in Los Angeles.

While the rapper’s exact violation is unknown, he’s scheduled to be released from jail on July 2, 2024.
