Chrisean Rock Sentenced To 30 Days In Jail For Assaulting James Wright

Chrisean Rock has finally been punished for assaulting Tamar Braxton’s backup singer James Wright.

The reality star and rapper was sentenced to 12 months probation and 30 days in jail as a result of the altercation that happened at Tamar Braxton’s show in November, per TMZ.

During the time of the incident, James said Chrisean was upset because she thought she was performing at the show, but wasn’t. Wright claimed that Rock punched him in the face with her rings on and chipped his tooth and injured his nose, because she felt she had been played.

Chrisean is forbid from being 100 yards within Wright and the Lucky Strike bowling alley in Downtown Los Angeles where the incident happened.

“James handled that like a white woman PRESSED CHARGES,” a fan commented on the news. “Bet she stop putting her hands on people thinking it’s cute now,” another person wrote. “30 days is nothing for her but staying outta trouble for 12 months is gonna be the real challenge,” someone else added.

Rock is also facing drug charges in Oklahoma. The “It’s A Vibe” crooner is currently sitting in jail at this moment.

Speaking with TMZ, Blueface’s mother Karlissa Saffold, said the arrest marked an example of “bad timing,” an assessment she made while still clarifying that she’s not “a fan of” Rock.

“That wasn’t the time. She had her kid and she was there supporting my son so I don’t agree with it,” Karlissa told paparazzi last week.
