An Arizona man has been arrested following his botched plan to incite a race war with a mass shorting aimed at killing African Americans and other minorities at a concert at Atlanta’s State Farm Arena.

According to Fox5, Mark Adams Prieto was arrested on charges of firearms trafficking, transfer of a firearm for use in a hate crime, and possession of an unregistered firearm.

The news outlet shared that evidence showed that the 58-year-old man had been in discussions with two other people who were secretly working with the Federal Bureau of Investigations to plan a mass shooting at the Atlanta venue in May.

The dates of the planned attack shows that superstar artist Bad bunny, will be performing. Thanks to the authorities for their diligence. Prieto reportedly felt like a mass shooting at a “rap” concert would give him the most African American traffic.

Officers pulled Mark over on a New Mexico interstate on May 14, where he was found to have seven firearms. This prompted a search of his home which resulted in more firearms being discovered, including an unregistered short-barreled rifle.

He admitted to planning an attack but said that he was traveling to visit his mother in Florida and not going to Atlanta, per the officials. Prieto also admitted to selling an AR-15 to the FBI agent and telling him that it “would be a good gun to use in the attack.”

Folks online have since been reacting to the news with one saying, “ATL the wrong place for that, a 12-year-old water boy would’ve took him out before he even got started.”

“Racism is so interesting to me bc like why are you mad that we different colors?” another person queried. “Bad Bunny concert to kill African Americans in ATL no wonder he got caught,” someone else added.
