53-year-old US Border Patrol agent, Shane Millan, has been charged with four misdemeanor counts of deprivation of rights under color of law over his abuse of power and stupid behavior.

Shane is being charged after he reportedly made four women show him their breasts in order to get into the country.

The 53-year-old man made three women show him their bare breasts over a virtual interaction regarding their admission into the United States. According to USA Today, another woman was asked to reveal her chest to him while she had her bra on.

According to prosecutors, Shane lead these women to believe that he was conducting legitimate searches and told them that exposing their breasts was part of the process of being admitted into the United States.

He “willfully deprived four different women of their constitutional right to be free from unreasonable searches,” per federal prosecutors at the Northern District of New York.

Shane Millan was arraigned Thursday, August 22, 2024 and released pending trial.

The news has since been making rounds on social media, garnering lots of reactions from netizens. “Smh like what be wrong with people, exploiting people for your own perversions is so low,” someone commented.
