Congratulations are currently pouring in for Travis Hunter after officially getting married to his longtime girlfriend Leana Lenee, full name Leanna De La Fuente.

As we previously shared, the couple tied the knot in Chattanooga, Tennessee, with both parties saying “I do”. Adorable clips from the wedding have since been making rounds on social media.

In one of the clips circulating, the NFL prospect gifted his new wife Leanna a new car to mark their new journey. The Colorado football star surprised her with a sleek black Mercedes-Benz AMG G63 BRABUS 800 on their big day, a luxury SUV that can run anywhere from $375,000 to over $600,000, depending on customization.

Netizens have since been reacting to the marriage. “Hope he has a prenuptial agreement,” someone commented. “I hope he knows what’s he’s doing. Congratulations tho,” another person wrote. “They been together for years idk why she get so much hate lol,” someone else added.

The Jaguars star and Leanna made controversial headlines sometimes back when they had a little argument on the sidelines, and she seemingly rebuffed the player’s attempt to kiss her.

At a point, they had to briefly delete their Instagram profiles after fans began poke-nosing at their relationship. The 22-year-old later explained that she cried herself to sleep following the ceremony amid backlash from fans.

“I would constantly pray that God would give me a reason to keep moving forward so I can fulfill his plan for me. That he would give me motivation to continue, and you were his answer,” Leanna wrote of Hunter in a post in February 2023.

According to People, Hunter also said that he’s “so happy God” led him to Lenee. “You are one of a kind and I truly believe that we are meant to be together,” he wrote in an Instagram post back in 2022.

“You are the best girlfriend in the world and I’ll paint the sky red by any means. I know I make you crazy but trust me I ain’t going no where and I’ll always be yours,” he added at the time, vowing “to do everything possible” to make Lenee the “happiest woman in the world.”
