The Game has been ducking and dodging his sexual assault accuser Priscilla Rainey, for years and it appears all the rapper’s games are finally catching up with him as he’s now on the verge of losing his house.

Rainey sued The Game back in 2015 for sexual battery, claiming that when she was a contestant on his dating show, the rapper “forcefully reached his hand inside her dress to rub her bare v*gina and b*ttocks.

The West Coast rapper lost the case at the time and faced a default judgement of a little over $7 million for failing to show up in court. His alleged victim then accused the rapper of creating shell companies to avoid fulfilling these obligations for compensation.

Rainey ultimately won the second lawsuit against him and again, she seems to have taken another step further by serving him and his manager Wack 100 with a notice of levy.

This time, she plans to seize the rapper’s house as part of her asset collection approved by the court to get the $7 million judgement. In short, Priscilla wants his house as collateral, per court documents obtained by AllHipHop.

The outlet shared that a process server sent a notice of levy, writ of execution and more to The Game and Wack 100 on his sexual assault accuser’s behalf in June’. Rainey is reportedly eyeing the rapper’s mansion  in Calabasas, California.

She previously claimed The Game transferred the deed of his home over to Wack to prevent her from seizing it. Priscilla already took his publishing and label and now has eyes set on that house and she means business.

Back in 2016, The Game reacted to the lawsuit back in an Instagram post saying: “Don’t be fooled by these accusations or the dollar amount in the headlines. Cause I put that on my favorite aunties poodle this broad ain’t gettin s**t!”

“Every girl on that show will tell u I never touched this chick or ever desired to be anywhere near her. She got kicked off the show. As a result she filed this lame lawsuit which was probably her intentions before the show ever even started,” he added.
