Terrence Howard’s Daughter, Heaven, Says She Has Forgiven Her Cousin Who Molested Her At 7-Years-Old

Terrence Howard’s daughter, Heaven, is in the news after revealing that she was molested by her cousin. In an emotional clip making rounds online, the young girl claims she was molested at 7-years-old.

“I was molested by my cousin.. I forgive him,” she said before revealing that he was raped as well when he was 2-years-old. “So when he was 12 he did something to me.”

The video was reposted by The Neighborhood Talk, and has since been garnering lots of reactions from concerned netizens. “ Therapy baby, not the internet,” someone commented. “I find that when ppl come to the internet, they come for moral support. WHEN THEY FEEL like they don’t have it at home. We are in a different world,” another person wrote.

“It’s ok to come to the internet baby! I speak openly about what happened to me on my page! And if I can save just one person from feeling alone then my job is done! Good for you maybe someone else will speak up and free themselves,” someone else shared.

According to PEOPLE, Terrence welcomed Heaven Howard, with his first wife, McCommas, and she is the actor’s third child.

Heaven made red carpet appearances with her dad over the years. In 2006, she joined Terrence at The Pursuit of Happyness premiere and the New York premiere of The Butler in 2013.

Terrence and Heaven have also worked together: Terrence and Heaven were both in the 2008 Broadway revival of Cat on a Hot Tin Roof. Heaven played one of the “no-necked monsters,” per New York Magazine.

Back in 2019, she publicly thanked her father on Instagram for paving the way for her to walk a path that is both old and new. “The complexities of life are made easier by the poetry of your words,” she wrote.
