Rapper YBC Dul Who Went Viral Digging Up His Opp’s grave Has Been Shot & Killed
Philadelphia rapper YBC Dul who went viral sometimes back for digging up his opp’s grave has reportedly been shot and killed in West Philly.
The police are now investigating the shooting that left the popular rapper dead in the city’s Olney section. Shots reportedly rang out around 3:34 p.m. Friday on the 5500 block of N. 6th Street.
Authorities say the 25-year-old male victim who was identified as Abdul Vicks, was shot multiple times in the chest and hand. The rapper was by a private vehicle to Einstein Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.

Accourding to sources, the victim has been as Abdul Vicks, a well-known rapper who goes by ‘YBC Dul’ and an affiliate with the gang Young Bag Chasers (YBC).
As of this moment, no arrests have been made. Also, the circumstances surrounding the shooting are yet to be revealed.
An associate of Vicks, Quamere Hall, 22, was arrested earlier this month at the Criminal Justice Center and charged with the shooting to death of a 34-year-old man last year.
Another rapper who goes by the stage name ‘Mere Pablo’ was at the Criminal Justice Center to show support for Arshad Curry, a fellow YBC member who was scheduled to be sentenced for shooting five people, three fatally, in 2021. Arshad was however sentenced to 42½ to 85 years in prison.
Back in 2023, three other YBC members were convicted of killing two teens, per Inquirer.
