Polo G Fans Create An ‘Official Polo G Fan Agenda Guideline’ For His New Album ‘Hood Poet’

Last week, Polo G returned with a full length album, titled ‘Hood Poet’. An 18-track project that clocks in a runtime of just under one hour and takes its time to build up sonically.

While the album is arguably great, it hasn’t been doing quite well on the chart. Number wise, it can be said to be a flop, based on the expectations.

This has caused fans of the rapper to come up with an agenda to defend themselves against critics. The Polo G fan account on Reddit recently shared a 6 agenda guideline for his new album ‘hood poet’. The agenda has now gone viral on social media, garnering lots of reactions from netizens.

“With Polo G doing awful numbers we need to find a new way of moving when we mention Polo online,” the agenda begins before listing some guidelines and suggestions.

“From now on, Polo G is the most underrated rapper. He makes great, quality music for his niche, like Key Glock,” the first agenda reads. “Don’t enter any type of discussion that has to do with sales. If you do, just say that the sales numbers prove that he is the most underrated rapper rn,” the second one says.

“Compare him to his peers in 2020 such as Lil Baby, Lil Tjay & DaBaby and highlight how he has better production, lyricism & discography than them,” the third agenda says.

They also warned fans not to compare him to bigger acts. “Don’t compare him to bigger rappers like Carti, Uzi, Travis, Drake… Basically the big dogs. If anyone does, let them know that Polo isn’t on that level yet and that they are basically setting him up.”

The 5th agenda is to stand on the fact that ‘hood poet’ is a good album, and the last one is to highlight his improvements in production overtime.

Fans have since been reacting to the viral agenda. “Hood Poet is arguably the best album so far this year, only people who fw good music can relate,” someone commented. “If my shit flopped and people had my back like this y’all so real,” another person wrote.
