Playboi Carti’s Wife Gio Says His Album ‘BABY BOI’ Is Done and Ready To Drop

Playboi Carti’s wife Gio, has now confirmed that the rapper’s highly anticipated album “BABY BOI” is done and ready to drop.

She made this known while on live with her friend. “Gio, is ‘BABY BOI’ actually dropping?” her friend asked in the viral video.

“BABY BOI is done.. it’s complete.. it’s on the way,” she replied. “He’s just trying to make sure it drops at the right time I guess,” she added. “That’s gotta be on every blog,” her friend said. She shared the clip online and wrote “BABY BOI IS DONE” on it.

Despite this confirmation, fans of the Atlanta rapper are not convinced that they’ll be getting the album anytime soon. “We’re getting GTA 6 before Carti’s next album, mark my words,” someone commented.

“This is how it starts until 2027,” another person wrote. “bro taught her how to lie alr,” someone else added.

Back in April, DJ Swamp Izzo revealed that the album is ready during an interview with Complex. The Atlanta mixtape DJ confirmed that the project is done, as the rapper has over “50, 60” songs finished in the stash.

“New music. He got over 50, 60 songs done. Completed to his liking? I couldn’t say. But they’re done,” Swamp Izzo said, as reported by Billboard.

“If I was still in that mixtape era, we’d have Baby Boi one through nine. Fifteen years ago, we were so heartfelt on them exclusives. We couldn’t even sleep until we put it out before everybody,” he added.
