NBA YoungBoy announced the 2025 MASA Tour (Make America Slime Again) on Thursday (May 15) following the rapper’s release from federal prison in March.

Prior to his release, YB made a comeback with his More Leaks project, filled with 20 solo tracks in March. Then in May, the Baton Rouge native fed fans with “Shot Callin”.

While fans are excited about the announcement of his tour, the rapper’s opps are not happy to see him back on stage. In fact, some members of O’Block recently went on live, threatening to shut down YB’s concert in Chicago.

“I don’t live in Chicago no more, but I’ll bet all type of money right. If YB and Quando come do a show, they ass*s is not leaving Chicago, I promise,” one of the men said on live.

The clip of the live has since gone viral on social media, garnering reactions from netizens. “I’m from Chicago this could get dangerous and dangerous fast,” someone commented.

“They not gone touch youngboy most niggas gone do is shoot outside the venue or stadium,” another person wrote. “SMH i don’t even feel bad for youngboy im more scared for these goofies,” someone else added.

The MASA Tour will mark YoungBoy’s first-ever headlining trek and their will be performances from special guests like DeeBaby, EBK Jaaybo and K3.

The 27-city U.S. tour is set to start on Sept. 2 in Dallas and will rumble through Houston, Los Angeles, Oakland, Phoenix, Denver, Chicago, Brooklyn, Boston, Philly, Detroit, Orlando, Miami and Atlanta, and will wrap up with a Louisiana show in New Orleans on Oct. 19.

According to Billboard, artist pre-sale slots became open on Sunday (May 18) night, and the general public will have their shot to purchase tickets on Thursday (May 22) at 10 a.m. local time.
