Congratulations are in order for Normani! The R&B star is reportedly expecting her first child and is rushing down the aisle with NFL star DK Metcalf.

Reports of Normani being pregnant with her first child has gone down the rumor mill, and fans are absolutely here for it.

According to MTO, the “Motivation” hitmaker and her fiancé, Seattle Seahawks wide receiver DK Metcalf, may be expecting a little one sooner than we thought, although the couple are yet to officially confirm the pregnancy.

The news outlet claims fans have been noticing some subtle hints like a growing baby bump, and the sudden shift in the couple’s wedding timeline.

The former Fifth Harmony star and DK were initially set to tie the knot in July 2025, but now insiders are whispering that the ceremony could be happening in a matter of days. They are reportedly speeding things up considering that the singer has been put in the family way.

Normani and Metcalf were first introduced by their friends Ciara and Russell Wilson. In a June 2024 Apple Music interview with Ebro, the “Wild Side” singer said Ciara had been trying to set them up for a while before they met one night at one of her parties.

“If you could trust a couple [to set you up], that would be the couple,” she said. The couple announced their engagement in March 2025 after confirming their relationship on Instagram in July 2023.

The 28-year-old told Rolling Stone that she was “very happy” in her relationship. “I’ve experienced a lot with relationships,” she said. “I’m a real lover girl … I like to see myself happy. I really do.”
