Stalker Fan Sues Nicki Minaj For $5 Million Claiming She Humiliated Him On IG Live

A stalker fan is reportedly suing Nicki Minaj for $5 million dollars, claiming that she publicly humiliated him by referring to him as mentally unstable.

The ‘crazed fan’ Tameer Peak, claims to have been a die-hard fan of the rapper for 15 years, but apparently over the last few years, things went south.

According to TMZ, Tameer Peak filed a lawsuit in LA Superior Court, back in 2017, he claims Nicki accused him of being a ‘paid mole’ while during her ‘hate train era’. The fan is also alleging Nicki invited him to her hotel to embarrass him on live in front of 100,00 viewers.

In the lawsuit, Tameer is also claiming Nicki Minaj’s husband Kenneth Petty battered him while at a Super Bowl party in 2020, alleging to possess direct messages referring to this situation from Nicki.

In addition to this, he claims he was mentioned on the rappers Stationhead accusing him of being “one sandwich short of a picnic” amongst other things and he is also claiming Nicki labeled him as a ‘stalker’ who allegedly impersonated members of her team previously.

Mr. Peak is now suing the rapper for $5 million in damages for reputational harm, emotional distress, and financial loss.

However, Nicki Minaj’s lawyer did release a statement to TMZ claiming this is all a shake down for financial gain and was quoted saying “Mr. Peak has been harassing Nicki on social media for years on end to no avail.”

The rapper’s lawyer also went on to state how Mr.Peak will be required to pay Nicki’s lawyer fees when this is all said and done.
