Metro Boomin Sued For Allegedly Raping An Unconscious Woman That Caused Pregnancy

Metro Boomin is making headlines and it’s not for anything positive. The ace producer is being sued by a woman named Vanessa LeMaistre, who is alleging she was raped by him back in 2016.

According to LeMaistre, 38, she made a connection with Metro after being depressed about the passing of her 9-month-old son, per Forbes.

She claims to have met Metro whose real name is  Leland Tyler Wayne, during a trip to Vegas during the spring. The producer then allegedly invited her back to his studio in LA where she claims she witnessed him abuse codeine.

Vanessa visited the 31-year-old producer at his studio in September 2016, and there she took a Xanax and a shot of alcohol to cope with her trauma, following that she blacked out on the couch.

She alleges she regained consciousness to Metro raping her and performing oral sex on her. She then blacked out again and claims when she woke he told her she was at the Beverly Hills Hotel and had to leave. What’s surprising is that she claims she doesn’t have any recollection of going there.

Vanessa went on to claim she was pregnant and it had to be the producer’s because she was not sexually active with anyone else. The alleged victim also stated that she later terminated in November 2016.

The lawsuit references the heated feud between Drake and Kendrick Lamar that unfolded earlier this year, which Metro was involved in, claiming the incident shot him to newfound fame, after which “dozens of misogynistic tweets that he wrote resurfaced.”

“She gon suck me whether she like it or not. That’s what the molly for,” Boomin wrote in one of the tweets which reference coerced sexual activity under the influence of drugs.
