Megan Thee Stallion is making controversial headlines following the release of her latest documentary “Megan Thee Stallion: In Her Words,” where the Houston rapper admitted she lied to Gayle King.

Meg is going viral after finally admitting that she had lied during her 2022 interview with Gayle King, where she previously denied sleeping with Tory Lanez.

Meg claimed that she and the Canadian superstar had never been sexually involved during the CBS Mornings interview with Gayle King. But she’s now come out clean in her new Amazon Prime documentary, admitting she actually did sleep with Tory.

According to the Houston native, she was caught off guard by Gayle’s question and decided to ‘BS’ her way through it. She claims her connection with him was more complicated and confirmed they had hooked up once or twice.

The 29-year-old however downplayed its significance, claiming it only happened when she was intoxicated. The rapper’s confession is coming after Tory’s conviction for assault in the highly publicized 2020 shooting incident.

Megan claims that the details of their sexual relationship are unrelated to the assault, which left her physically and emotionally scarred. She alleges that Tory shot her after telling her to “Dance” during the 2020 incident.

The “Daystar” rapper was sentenced to ten years in prison over the incident which his legal team is currently appealing. Also, Tory’s legal team has now reacted to Megan’s admission.

“The fact that Megan lied about her sexual relationship with Tory obviously makes her an unreliable witness,” Ceasar McDowell, CEO of Unite the People, the nonprofit law firm that reps Tory, says in a statement to TMZ.

“If someone lies in front of millions of people, how can you trust what they say any other time?” Ceasar added. Lanez is appealing his sentence and his appeal includes previous false statements made by Megan.
