Kodak Black’s unapologetic behavior and unfiltered energy has put him in trouble couple of times and has as well amassed him a loyal fanbase who loves his carefree lifestyle.

The Florida rapper is fresh off the release of his new album ‘Dieuson Octave’, which is packed with standard bars about opps and flexing.

However, the song ‘Versatile’ is currently gaining more traction as the rapper shoot his shot with superstar actress Zendaya on it. He seems serious about it as a whole section of the song was to dedicated to the actress.

“Tell Zendaya I’d like to meet her,” Yak raps before opening up about the crush he’s had on her for years. “Had crush on her since she was on Shake It Up. Seen her on Disney I think she pretty and she fit me and like her name ‘cuse I’m Z’d up.”

Zendaya became famous after starring on Disney show ‘Shake It Up’. The ‘Super Gremlin’ hitmaker also brags about being Z’d up, which means being drunk and high at the same time.

Fans of both Zendaya and Yak have since been reacting to this. “Bro wants smoke with spider-man?” someone wondered as Zendaya is currently dating Tom Holland who’s playing Peter Parker aka Spider-Man in the MCU.

During an interview with HipHopDX back in 2023, Kodak revealed he wanted to audition for ‘Shake It Up’  to push up on Zendaya back when he hadn’t yet kickstarted his rap career.

“I never did [audition for Nick],” he said when asked which show he was trying to work on all those years ago. “I wanted to audition for Shake It Up so I could push up on Zendaya,” he added.
