Justin Bieber & Wife Hailey Welcome First Baby Together
Congratulations are in order for Justin Bieber and his wife Hailey, who are now officially parents.
The Pop singer and his model-entrepreneur wife have welcomed their first baby together. A happy Justin made the announcement on Friday, Aug. 23.
“WELCOME HOME JACK BLUES BIEBER,” the 30-year-old Canadian superstar wrote in an Instagram post. Hailey also posted the same photo to her Instagram Stories soon afterwards with the child’s name and a teddy bear and blue heart emoji.
Justin’s mother Pattie Mallette, took to X, formerly Twitter to share the news, “CONGRATULATIONS @justinbieber & Hailey. I LOVE YOU FOREVER BABY JACK!!” she wrote.
Hailey’s dad Stephen Baldwin, also reposted Mallette’s tweet, adding: “Amen, Congratulations to you and may God continue to bless our family.”
Justin and Hailey first announced they were expecting a child together in May 2024, sharing the exciting news on Instagram. At the time, a rep for the 27-year-old model confirmed to PEOPLE that she was just over six months pregnant at the time.
She posted a vintage-style video of the two renewing their vows in Hawaii. Hailey wore a skintight lace Saint Laurent dress that showcased her baby bump, and she simply tagged her husband in the caption.
During an interview with W magazine, Hailey confirmed that she shared the news when she was already in her second trimester. “I didn’t have a belly, really, until I was six months pregnant, which was when I announced it. I was able to wear big jackets and stuff,” she said at the time.
“I didn’t enjoy the stress of not being able to enjoy my pregnancy outwardly. I felt like I was hiding this big secret, and it didn’t feel good. I wanted the freedom to go out and live my life,” she added.
