Florida Sheriff Threatens Yungeen Ace & ATK With RICO Charges After Foolio Murder

Yungeen Ace’s group ATK and Julio Foolio’s group KTA, have been feuding for years now. The ongoing feud resulted in the untimely death of Foolio, real name Charlse Jones, who was murdered last month at a hotel in Tampa while celebrating his 26th birthday.

For now 4 out of 5 people have been charged in the shooting death of the Jacksonville rapper. The police chief said the arrested suspects include members of the gangs ATK and 1200.

According to officials, both gangs have been involved in a decade-long feud with Foolio’s gang 6 Block, resulting in dozens of murders by and against both sides. ATK is affiliated with Jacksonville rapper Yungeen Ace, who was mentioned at the press conference.

Jacksonville Sheriff T.K. Waters says Yungeen Ace, real name Keyanta Tyrone Bullard, is not being investigated at this time, but his words seem like a threat that a RICO case may be on the way.

“We’re consistently monitoring that group.. those groups. We have people that are alway watching them,” Waters said. “We don’t have an investigation on him right now, but he can’t move around Jacksonville without his knowing about it. That’s for the betterment of our community.”

Following Foolio’s murder, Ace dropped a diss track tilted ‘Do It’ where he seemingly admitted to putting a hit on his Opp.

“Lil’ do-its” (Let’s do it) / Bitches call the phone, say they got the lo’, I told them do it (Do it) / I ain’t sparing shit, it’s on sight if we into it (Come here) / He with his baby, do it, he with his bitch, do it, uh, with his mama, do it, uh / This money make a nigga do it, uh (Haha),” he raps on the song.

As we previously reported, the 21-year-old woman, Alicia Andrews, who backdoored Foolio was among the suspects that have been arrested and charged.

Earlier this month, an unidentified Jacksonville rapper came out to admit to shooting Foolio after Yungeen Ace put a $10K hit on him. It’s unclear if he is amongst the 5 suspects charged. “I ain’t going to show my face.. I did that, you feel me. There was money on his head you feel me,” he said at the time.
