Fani Willis is trending after her daughter Kinaya Willis, 25, was arrested in Georgia for driving with a suspended license. Her glumly mugshot has since been making rounds on social media.

Fani Willis is the one spearheading a criminal election interference case against former the former president, Donald Trump, and was also the DA that orchestrated the YSL RICO investigation.

Her very own daughter, Kinaya Wiliis, was arrested in Tyrone, Georgia on August 24. According to the Daily Mail, Kinaya – who is pregnant – was pulled over because cops spotted her using a cellphone while driving her 2010 Nissan Altima.

The 25-year-old said that the reason for her using her cell phone while operating the vehicle was due to her mother calling her related to her pregnancy,’ the report states.

She then told an officer from the Tyrone Police Department she was ‘unaware’ her license was revoked on May 13 for the same offense, driving while suspended.

Kinaya who’s Texas Southern University student was then searched, handcuffed at the side of the highway, and taken to the Fayette County Jail on a misdemeanor charge of driving with a revoked or suspended license.

According to the report, Kiyana’s mother later arrived on scene to take possession of her vehicle. A booking photo going viral online shows her looking drained and dejected as she arrived at the 554-bed lockup, 30 minutes south of Atlanta.

Willis was subsequently released and ordered to attend the Town of Tyrone Municipal Court for an October 24 arraignment. She’s facing a minimum of two days in jail, a fine of at least $500 and a six-month extension of the suspension.

Per adventure Kinaya is found guilty of a second offense the penalties escalate to at least 10 days in jail and a fine of between $1,000 and $2,500.
