Drake Slides In Mos Def’s 18-Year-Old Daughter Laila’s DMs Following Criticism

Drake is infamous for his petty ways and antics at getting back at his critics. The Canadian superstar often go after the women in his Opps’ lives, mostly their exes, daughters and sisters.

About a week ago, we reported that Drake is now following DJ Mustard’s ex wife Chanel, on IG and the two are reportedly plotting a revenge.

Mustard is the brain behind the production of Kendrick Lamar’s viral hit diss track ‘Not Like Us’ aimed at Drake. Drizzy hit back by following the producer’s ex wife and he’s reportedly on same path with Mos Def, who criticized him earlier this year.

Yasiin Bey, formerly Mos Def, made headlines earlier back in January following his interview on fashion podcast ‘The Cutting Room Floor’. He said Drake is Pop to him when asked if he considers the rapper to be Hip Hop.

“Drake is Pop to me, in the sense like, if I was in Target in Houston and I heard a Drake song.. it feels like a lot of his music is compatible with shopping. Or shopping with an edge in certain instances, it’s likable,” he said.

6 months later and Drake is still trying to get his lick back. According to reports reaching us, Drake is allegedly hitting at Mos Def’s eldest daughter – an R&B artist named Laila.

Laila is 18 years old and she’s officially an adult, capable of having an “adult” relationship. Drizzy has started following Laila – and the beautiful teenager followed him back.

The 37-year-old allegedly reached out to Laila via her DMs and offered to work with the new artist. While this might be pure music business, fans are convinced Champagne Papi is trying to get back at Mos Def.
