DJ Mustard Crashes Out While Ranting About His Album First Week Sales

DJ Mustard produced Kendrick Lamar’s smash hit “Not Like Us,” and he initially said he had no clue whatsoever that the Compton rapper was releasing the song or even crafted it to be a Drake diss.

Well, he’s finally letting his hatred for Drake known! This is after his album ‘FAITH OF A MUSTARD SEED,’ flopped, selling just 18k units.

After DJ Akademiks reported his low album sales, the producer lost it and went off on Drake in a way fans had never seen before. Mustard believes Drake teaming up with prouder Gordo on two songs off his album ‘DIAMANTE’ was to spite him.

Gordo album dropped same day as his own album, and he believes this was purposely done to take away his moment.

He went on a ranting spree targeting the Toronto rapper and DJ Akademiks. He proceeded to call Drizzy “Malcolm X” for white people. “Drake is the Malcolm X of white people,” he tweeted. “Akademiks, make sure you post Gordo’s first week since … [they dropped] the same day as me.”

The process then accused Drake of using bots to boost the streaming numbers of his Gordo songs. He even tied it back in to his insult about Malcolm X. “These Drake bots are the Nation of drizzlam,” he wrote.

He continued, tagging AK and Gordo. “The bots tryna fade me.” Mustard then dug it in his heels and called Ak and the 6 God racists. “Album sales are a form of white supremacy. You n**gas racist.”

In comparison, Gordo’s album sold 20K during its first week, and Mustard’s only pulled in 18K. Not a huge discrepancy, but enough to make the L.A. producer to crash out.
