DaniLeigh Seen Laughing During DUI Arrest Which Left A 17-Year-Old With A Lacerated Kidney & Spinal Fracture

DaniLeigh is currently trending following a newly released bodycam footage from her DUI hit-and-run arrest back in May 2023.

In the viral video, DaniLeigh can be seen trying to tell Miami cops they can’t arrest her beccause she’s an artist, in particular an R&B singer.

The shocking clip shows her laughing during the arrest after authorities told her she struck a teen on a moped with her car, and left him with a kidney laceration and a spinal fracture.

The ‘No Limits’ crooner tells one officer she’s with Quavo, who is seen off to the side early in the video, along with a couple of his security guys. The cop then told them to back up when they ask what’s going on.

Dani as well can be heard slurring her words while telling the cops she’s totally sober, and insisting she nailed all their sobriety tests, which eventually happened not to be true.

“Quavo was right here, helping me out,” she says after the officers look her up. According to the authorities, the singer blew a 0.145 and 0.148 on the Breathalyzer, nearly double the legal limit. She insisted she hadn’t hit anyone in the clip.

Police footage however shows a bird’s-eye view of the singer hitting the victim and sparks flying as his scooter’s metal drags along the ground, per TMZ.

Eventually, she was cuffed and taken to jail, where she was booked on 3 felony charges, including driving under the influence, leaving the scene of a crash with serious bodily injury, and DUI damage to property.

Dani was convicted in February after pleading no contest to misdemeanor and felony charges, and sentenced to five years’ probation.
