Chicago Rapper Cdai Gets DDT’d In Prison In Leakes Footage

A new video footage has surfaced from prison, showing the moment incarcerated Chicago rapper Cdai, got into a fight and was DDT’d.

Back in May of 2016, Cdai, real name Courtney Early, was sentenced to 38 years in prison for his role in the 2014 murder of jitney cab driver Javan Boyd.

The Savage Squad Records/OTF affiliate and fellow rapper RondoNumbaNine, real name Clint Massey, were convicted of first-degree murder in the Boyd case. Two months after Courtney’s sentencing, RondoNumbaNine was also sentenced to 39 years in jail for murder.

Cdai is now trending after a video from jail surfaced online, showing him get into a fight with another inmate. In the viral clip, the two inmates seem to have an underlying issue and wasted no time in attacking each other.

At a point in the video, Cdai was DDT’d by the other inmate and the brutal move prompted others to try to separate them. The clip has since been making rounds online, garnering reactions from fans.

DDT is a wrestling term whereby a wrestler has the opponent in a front facelock/inverted headlock, and falls down or backwards to drive the opponent’s head into the mat.

Back to the backstory, Javan Boyd was murdered on Feb. 22, 2014 when the Cdai and RondoNumbaNine approached his car while he was waiting on a passenger. The two men asked Boyd if he was from the neighborhood before firing multiple rounds into the vehicle. Javan was pronounced dead two hours after being taken to the hospital.

The culprits were reportedly part of a group of people who were driving around the Wentworth Gardens apartment complex that day. The group was looking to retaliate for an earlier shooting.

The shooting incident was captured on nearby surveillance cameras. Cdai also left a fingerprint on Javan Boyd’s car and dropped his cellphone while fleeing then scene.
