Congratulations are in order for Bankroll Freddie as he has reportedly beat all his charges. The Arkansas rapper was previously indicted in a federal gun and drug case.

Bankroll Freddie, real name, Freddie Demarus Gladney III, was indicted on three charges; possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession of a machine gun, and possession of firearms in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.

The Quality Control signee was charged alongside 34 other defendants as part of a 61-count indictment, according to TMZ.

Gladney was allegedly part of a crew that united to sell large amounts of crack cocaine and marijuana in Arkansas and Texas between March 2021 and October 2022. The rapper also faced weapons charges for allegedly possessing firearms in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.

However, new reports reaching us is that Bankroll Freddie has beat all his charges, after recent investigation, firearms found in the rapper’s home were all legal.

The ‘Drip Like This’ rapper was previously facing 40 years in prison.

Back in May 2022, Gladney III was granted release but under strict conditions. The rapper is not allowed out after 11pm and can’t associate with any convicted felons.

Freddie was allowed to record music and shoot videos but can’t possess guns, real or pro, in those videos. He was also be tested for drug periodically.

Bankroll’s bodyguard previously testified that one of the weapons found in the truck was actually his & was left from a previous trip.
