Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese carried on their intense rivalry during their time in women’s college basketball to WNBA. The two had a heated exchange during the Sky-Fever game after Clark fouled Reese in the third quarter on Saturday.

It all started after Angel shoved Fever forward Natasha Howard in the back as she grabbed an offensive rebound off a miss by teammate Rebecca Allen.

The Chicago Sky forward brought the ball low, and the Indiana Fever sharpshooter fouled her before she went up for a shot. Reese fell to the ground and got up with a rage, confronting Clark.

“You crazy as f*ck.. what the f*ck is wrong with you,” Angel said as others chimed in to prevent a physical confrontation.

The officials examined play and determined Clark used her left hand to shove Reese to the floor. The referees then upgraded the personal foul on Clark to a flagrant foul. And Reese and Aliyah Boston of the Fever were issued technical fouls.

The clip of the foul has since gone viral on social media, garnering mixed reactions from netizens. “Angel Reese overexaggerated that contact so badly,”someone commented.

“Angel lives in Caitlin’s shadow and she can’t stand it. Jordan/isaiah esque,” another person wrote. “But if this was reversed. ya’ll would be all over Angel Reese. Social media ain’t real,” someone else argued.

“Nothing malicious about it, just a good take foul,” Caitlin told ESPN’s Holly Rowe, per FoxNews.

23-year-old Angel Reese finished the night with an efficient 14 points and 11 rebounds, her sixth double-double in nine contests, while Caitlin, 23, poured in 27 and dished nine assists to help Indiana prevail 89-82.
