Fresh And Fit Lawyer Threatens Walter Weekes’ Baby Mama Daisy Chen With Felony Charge & Civil Lawsuit

Fresh and Fit lawyer has now been involved after Fresh, real name Walter Weekes, from the misogynistic podcast, made controversial headlines some months back following his leaked phone call, asking his girlfriend for an abortion.

Fresh’s girlfriend Asian girlfriend, Daisy Chen, recorded the conversation and leaked it on social media alongside their DMs.

This had Weekes receiving heavy backlash from folks online. “I want the baby cause I don’t wanna kill the baby. I don’t wanna kill nobody. I don’t want to,” Daisy said said in the leaked phone call.

“You’re not, they just give you a pill and it’s over,” Fresh replied. “No, no.. I’m pregnant,” Chen argued. “No, but that’s what I’m saying. The pill, they just give it to you from the doctor and you’re good,” the podcaster explained.

Amid the whole drama, Fresh and Fit podcast lawyer is now threatening Fresh’s baby mama with felony charge and civil lawsuit.

The duo’s lawyer says that Daisy broke the law of two party consent states when she recorded the phone call.

Netizens have since been reacting to the lawyer’s threats. Someone wrote, “No, that breaks an nda, or it’s a lawsuit at best. She can have the kid take him to court for being a deadbeat and he got no choice. She holds all the leverage.”

“Couldn’t imagine being in my 30’s referring to women as 304’s and threatening b*tches I knocked up with lawyers how they fans don’t see this as dweeb loser shit is beyond me,” someone else shared.
