Diddy Rejects Plea Deal In Sex Trafficking Case: “He’s A Swinger Not A Criminal”

Diddy Reportedly Rejects Plea Deal In Sex Trafficking Case, Attorney Says He’s A Swinger Not A Criminal
Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is keeping his head up and refusing to fold in this trying time, even with the feds knocking.
According to reports reaching us, the disgraced rapper just turned down a plea deal from federal prosecutors, basically letting the world and the court know he’s not going out like that.
This happened on Friday morning in a Manhattan courthouse, where the heat was on and the energy was tense, per Rolling Stone. Prosecutors said in court that “Diddy was offered a deal” and made it clear “he’s not taking it.”

The ‘Bad Boy’ mogul slid whatever they put on the table right back across with a firm pass. A source close to Diddy’s legal team reportedly told outlet that he “isn’t a criminal” and that he’s “just about that swinger life.”
There are currently no information about the plea deal, but this confirmation shuts down all the speculation and whispers. Although there was indeed a deal, Puff isn’t interested.
“This frequently happens in these types of cases. With sex assault cases, prosecutors try to protect the alleged victims as much as possible,” Francisco Mundaca, a former state prosecutor in New York and now owner of the Mundaca Law Firm, said.
“Maybe their safety is in question, or you want to protect them from having to relive what happened. Once they testify, all the details are out there,” Mundaca continued. “So prosecutors want to balance bringing justice on behalf of victims while also protecting them. It’s a fine line they have to walk.”
As we previously reported, the 55-year-old’s legal case might be taking a toll on him already as he was spotted with grey hair and grey beard in courtroom sketch that surfaced earlier this week.
